What makes you happy? Find out everything that makes you happy and get out and go do it. Take a long steamy hot bath. Go on a mini shopping spree. Grab some friends and make a spa appointment...if you and your girls don't have it like that then have a sleep over and give each other facials of natural beneficial products like fruit, veggies, or even chocolate. Buy a cookbook learn how to make one of your favorite meals or take up a belly dancing course...make your self happy you get the point. STAY AWAY FROM DATING DURING YOUR DETOX...at least for a month. Find out what kind of man you ultimately want. I read this great book of course where I'm getting all my bright ideas from "Become Your Own Matchmaker by Pati Stanger" it teaches all the tips & tricks to the right kind of dating to snag your right kind of guy. Ladies if you haven't already read it pick this baby up at your local Barnes & Nobles.
Create a list of your most recent ex-boyfriends. Write down at least 5 likes and dislikes about each one of them. What likes keeps reappearing on every list? That's the kind of guy you like and those are some of the most important traits you look for when looking for your mate. What are you 5 dislikes that keep appearing on your list...stray away from any man that has those negative characters. Now you at least know what exactly you want from your future soul mate. I know myself when I sat back and reevaluated my past 5 boyfriends I realized they weren't as great as I thought they were and it's so much more easy now to get that oxytocin syndrome out of my head.
